Privacy notice for sign-ups

Last updated 14 September 2026

What we collect

Only what you enter in the sign-up form: your email address, your organization type, your organization's name if you give it, whether you want to join a research conversation, and the time you signed up. We don't collect patient information, and we don't store your IP address with your sign-up.

Why

To contact you about the OpenDSCSA waitlist, network connections, and research conversations. We won't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it's stored

Sign-ups are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person submitted the form. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after our last contact with you. After that, it's deleted.

Research sessions are separate

Signing up doesn't mean you've agreed to take part in research. If we invite you to a session, you'll get a separate consent form explaining how session notes are handled. You can say no, or withdraw at any time.
